Prevent Child Abuse South Carolina has numerous affiliates throughout the state that are focused on one mission: to prevent the abuse and neglect of children in South Carolina. Our staff and our affiliates represent hundreds of individuals who are firmly committed to the safety and well-being of children.
But we can’t do it alone. Our success depends on the generous support of our individual donors and our corporate and business sponsors, and we welcome your support. PCASC is a private non-profit 501(c)(3)organization under federal tax guidelines and all donations we receive are fully tax-deductible.
Your monetary contributions help PCASC do the following:
Provide training in all 46 SC counties, visiting each one three times during the year.
- Expand our growing network of affiliates throughout the state.
- Implement the “1-800-Children” toll-free hotline service throughout South Carolina.
- Build awareness and advocacy.
- Provide statewide education and training to (among others):
- Parents
- Social services agencies
- Early childhood educators
- Child care providers
- Medical professionals
- Faith communities
- School systems
